PREFABRICATED PANELS ADAPTED TO THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS

They are used as a complement in systems already consolidated in construction: sandwich panels, interior division modules, or any other industrialized and contrasted system that needs to be reinforced with greater insulating properties (thermal, fireproof, acoustic, etc...).

They can be manufactured in formats up to 3200 x 1200 mm, and with densities between 800 and 1100 kg/m3.

They can also be produced with generic or amplified characteristics in terms of mechanical, thermal, acoustic or fire resistance.

INTERIOR TOBACCO PANEL

Plates can be manufactured for interior partition walls and wall linings, as well as gypsum boards. In fact, POPLAC boards are compatible with all the profile systems, screws and accessories currently used in the assembly of gypsum plasterboards.

The board sizes can be manufactured in formats up to 3200 x 1200 mm, and with densities between 800 and 1100 kg/m3.

They can also be produced with generic or amplified characteristics in terms of mechanical, thermal, acoustic or fire resistance.

INSULATION PANELS

The insulating panels that can be produced from the POPLAC DEVELOPMENT formula are an ideal solution for maintaining a comfortable temperature inside homes and workplaces. These panels, made of posidonia or sargassum, are low-density materials that offer high energy efficiency and excellent thermal insulation.

They are an increasingly popular choice in building construction and remodeling. Its main advantage is its ability to reduce heat transfer, which translates into lower energy consumption and, therefore, significant economic savings.

The low density of insulating panels makes them an ideal choice for sustainable housing construction. Being lighter than other building materials, the environmental impact during transportation and handling is reduced. In addition, their energy efficiency contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions, making them an environmentally friendly option.

CONTINUOUS CEILINGS

Ceiling panels can be produced for ceilings under slabs or horizontal elements, using the same metal profiles that are currently used for the installation of plasterboard ceilings. As in these systems, they can conceal installations, decorate instances and above all provide insulation to spaces (thermal, electromagnetic, acoustic and fireproof).

They can be manufactured in 600 x 600 mm, 1000 x 1000 mm and 1200 x 1200 mm formats.

These are standard commercialization formats, although pieces can be manufactured with specific measurements as desired.

REGISTRABLE CEILINGS

Ceiling tiles are manufactured with aquatic plant fibers that provide excellent insulation performance.

Formats:

  • Natural finish slabs with exposed fiber
  • Varnished plates
  • Vinyl decorated plates
  • Plates ready for painting

PROJECTED

Our "gunite" format, or as it is colloquially known: sprayed, is ideal for the coating of partition walls, ceilings and structures, whether metallic or not. It has an excellent adhesion to the usual materials used in construction.

Due to the ecological nature of the product, as well as its excellent characteristics in terms of resistance and insulation (thermal, acoustic, fireproof and waterproof), it is a highly recommended material for construction.

Another outstanding characteristic of the projected material is its sustainability. Thanks to its high durability and strength, this material offers a long service life, reducing the need for constant maintenance and repairs. In addition, its insulating capacity contributes to improving the energy efficiency of buildings, thereby reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

The application method is similar to the technique used in sprayed concrete, with the advantage that, since it lacks aggregate, the compound obtained is much more viscous and adherent than concrete.
